ITV This Morning's Josie Gibson shares terrifying encounter that left her late for work
Josie Gibson left her This Morning co-stars Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary spooked on Thursday as she shared a terrifying encounter
Discussing sleep paralysis and eerie experiences, Josie shared her own unnerving encounter: "I've had it twice in my life, okay, the first one was at home and this creature came into my room, really long fingers and a really long face.
"It was really skinny and grey, it just started going like [mimicked the creature] that across all my wardrobe and clothes, looking at me while I was in bed but I was fully awake."
She continued: "With that, I woke up at 1pm in the afternoon, I don't know where the morning's gone, I rang in work like: 'I'm so sorry, I don't know what's happened!' I was awake and the next thing you know it's 1pm!", reports the Mirror.
Josie described another chilling incident with the same creature: "Then I had it again when I was in Lapland, I was in Lapland on a frozen lake and I heard the door go.
"This creature comes in my room, starts stroking my face like that, I was fully awake and the next thing you know, Janice, our producer, came and knocked on the door: 'Are you awake Josie?' It's the same creature, I've had it twice!"
Josie's This Morning co-star Alison Hammond was left spooked as she exclaimed: "I think that is sleep paralysis, are you serious?", adding: "That is so weird!"
